Oranges in Toffee Sauce

Ingredients

* 55g/2oz butter
* 55g/2oz honey
* 2 oranges, peeled and sliced

Directions

*~ Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
*~ Add the honey and stir well. Simmer for 2 minutes.
*~ Place the orange slices in a serving dish.
*~ Top with the toffee sauce and serve
